Highlights of the Proposed 2007-2009 FCCJ-FCCFF Agreement
- A two-year contract.
- A 5.5% pay raise for the 2007-2008 academic year.
- A 5.5% pay raise for the 2008-2009 academic year.
- A 5% increase in minimum starting salaries for the 2007-2008 academic year.
- A 5% increase in minimum starting salaries for the 2008-2009 academic year.
- Overload pay will remain at the certified adjunct rate, which is currently at $595/WLU. The certified adjunct rate is the higher of the two adjunct rates. If the Board of Trustees approve an increase in the adjunct rate in August, the overload rate will also increase.
