June 8, 2005 Highlights
- Agreement
reached on Textbook Selection and Continuing
Contract. The Administration withdrew
their Textbook Selection and Continuing Contract
proposals, agreeing to leave the current contract
language unchanged.
- Agreement
reached on Faculty Evaluation.
- Union
presented the Workload and Compensation proposals.
The Administration's response - "Too
Costly!".
- The
Adminstration's response to the Union's Grievance
and Arbitration proposal was to retain current
language, stating current process was working
"fine".
- June
15, 2005 Highlights
- No
counter proposal on Workload and Compensation.
The Administration said our proposal was so
unrealistic and costly (unlike the 18.9% raise the Board granted to Dr. Wallace, bringing his salary to $235,500) that they could not
offer a counter.
- Adminstration's
counter proposal on Grievance and Arbritration
- Status Quo, current language.
